My Services

I created this website to offer my job search advice through helpful blogs that you can access for free. If you would like a more personalized approach, I can help you with a variety of tools like your resume, LinkedIn profile, your personal value proposition, interview preparation, and more. 

 

I customize my approach for each person but here is the general process:

 

  • Quick conversation to discuss your general needs. This can be on the phone or via email. What is your current job? What kind of job are you seeking? 

  • You send me your resume and cover letter (if you have them).

  • I may assign you a few articles to read along with homework to prepare for our meeting. 

  • We schedule a meeting (in person or via video chat).

  • I review your materials, research job descriptions and your industry. I will make notes about resume changes, prepare interview questions to ask you to help expand your resume, and offer additional ideas. I will spend 30-60 minutes on this pre-work.

  • You do the homework I assign. This could be thinking through more of your work tasks and projects, or thinking more about what kind of job you want. I will give you some clear questions to think through.

  • We both come to our meeting with our homework completed ready to collaborate.

  • We meet for an hour and work through your resume, cover letter, etc.

  • Additional help and support is negotiable.
